Bestcovery's experts have ranked this the #4 Best HDTV for Value, #4 Best Budget HDTV, and #5 Best Affordable HDTV for the Living Room. The Toshiba 40RV525R 40” LCD TV offers great bang for the buck, delivering great picture quality for the money. While it can't match the extremely deep black levels or superb color accuracy of much more expensive HDTVs, it performs very well overall and will satisfy most viewers. It makes for an excellent entry-level TV and provides everything you need for connecting your HD gear, including 3 HDMI inputs and 2 Component inputs. This set also has a sleek black frame that will look attractive in any living room or bedroom. If you want a 1080p LCD TV but want to keep the price-tag well under $1,000, the Toshiba 40RV525R is an excellent choice.
