Very pleasant experience--exceeded my expectations, especially considering the low price for rhe camera. Immediate notification of shipment. A rep called to double-check the shipping address (which had a confusing quirk in it). It\s a good thing he did, as the package coule easily have been misdirected. Professional, courteous and top-notch every step of the way! Package arrived a day early to Seattle from NYC. Would gladly buy from again without hesitation.

Very nice to receive phone call from Robert to verify order and porvide additional information that included the fact memory card was not included which resulted in the purchase of one at time of order. It would have been disappointing to have received camera without card. I would recommend your company to others.

These guys have crazy good service: called to confirm my order, and the shipping was hands-down the fastest I\ve ever had, probably because I live in Philadelphia, but my Free Shipping order arrived in 22 hours after ordering! Great prices, as well. A+ guys!

I originally contacted the 42nd Street Photo to confirm the availability of a video camera I wanted to purchase and was also able to confirm the price and delivery charge and only then I proceded to order online. I immediately received an e-mail confirming my order. I also received a phone call from the company asking whether I was happy with the order and whether there were any other items I was considering to order. I did not have any. I was not pressured at anytime. I would be very happy to make another purchase with 42nd Street Photo and would recommend them to my family and friends.
