Ordered Nikon S630 ($209.00) camera but changed my mind wanting to purchase a Panasonic DMC-ZS3 ($299.00) camera. They were all happy to do it. I agreed for them to deduct $9.95 from my credit and I\d pay the UPS back. The more expensive camera was not shipped for 5 days (day before I special event) and only after telling me it would not be the ZS3 but Panasonic TZ7 instead. They said it was idntical to ZS3. I agreed because of time constraint. After saying yes, I contacted the Panasonic customer service center and they informed me the TZ7 being shipped was an international model and warranty would not be honored in US. This made me mad and I suspect they try to sell \"Gray Market\" equipment in the US often. I notified 1 Stop Camera and refused the UPS shipment. Financially, it didn\t work out well either. They gave me full credit for Panasonic but charged me a 10% restock fee of $20.90 on top of the $9.95 shipping fee. I feel I was taken advantage of...............

This place is horrible! I dropped my camera a few days before attempted to purchase. I needed the replacement quickly so ordered next day delivery. I ordered from them because they were the cheapest price. They called claiming they needed to talk to me because my purchase was next-day shipping. When on the phone it was clear they just wanted to try to sell more items. I explained I had the same camera and just need a replacement. They tried to sell me \"faster\" memory cards. I told them I didn\t think they were that kind of shop. With that they let me off the phone. The next day they then claimed there was something wrong with my credit card and they needed me to call them again. That was when camera should have shipped already. There was nothing wrong with credit card, just a scam on their part to try to get me to buy something other than the camera. Lesson learned - never trust lowest price on internet! I\ll never use these guys ever again. Horrible experience.

I bought 2 camera, it is worth buying from this online shopping store. For both package maximum 7days I had to wait to get it and that too by regular post. I found 1 Stop Camera & Electronics shop suitable in every aspect and the bundle package offer is no where available other then 1 Stop Camera & Electronics.

Everything was faster than advertized and very smooth. I received a call confirming the order and offering an extended warranty (actually at very good price) but when I declined it was no pressure. I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

An excellent experience all around. The price was the best, the shipping swift (and free!), the protective packaging on the dishwasher was really good, and it arrived without a scratch. Not a routine delivery, since it was coming to an island, but it went smoothly and all the shipping agents were courteous and helpful. I would definitely buy from these guys again.

The product ordered was shipped damaged twice due to POOR packaging. 1 stop camera shipped in original mfg box! I posted a negative feedback. After reporting the damaged product to 1 stop camera, Bobby tried to resolve the damaged product issue. Bobby offered and stated that in order for him to expedite the shipment of the replacement product; I would have to change my previous negative feedback to a positive. I refused to change my feedback as I am not totally satisfied considering the time passed, product shipped damaged, and lack of customer service. Once I refused to change my feedback, Bobby became not a very nice person. Bobby now states that the feedbacks are not a big deal and threatened me that he will just delete any negative feedback. As for the damaged product received, since I did not do as he asked, a replacement will not be shipped until they received the damaged product in their warehouse and inspected which can take WEEKS for him to arrange for UPS to pick up and ship. A replacement will also take WEEKS. My order may just be cancelled because it just might not be in stock. Bobby is a jerk the way he is handling my order! Better Business Bureau and my credit card company will be involved soon enough to straighten this out. Do not ever use 1 stop camera! Worst two faced customer service ever!

My first mistake was not checking with online ratings and the Better Business Bureau. They score an F with close to 1000 complaints in the past three years. I ordered, decided upon a financing option on their site, applied for credit through their site, and was approved. I placed my order on the 24th of August. A week later, the item has not been shipped, in that time; I have had several conversations with their customer representatives who said that the offer they had on their website never existed. Finally, Calvin admitted it was their mistake and their techs were in the process of fixing it when a co-worker of his grabbed the phone and started calling me a liar and a thief!!! The website still had their mistake on it, all he had to do was go there himself! This was after Calvin admitted it was their mistake. I took a hit on my credit for their bogus finance offer, and could not get the finance offer. I paid by check card, a week later no item! FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service, courtesy call by seller to confirm delivery date and actually helped me switched to the closer warehouse and I got my shipment in 2 days after ordering
