My first quibble, and I'm not sure how far to take it, is the item was not shipped in a shipping carton, but in its own box which is not meant for shipping on its own, at least I'm almost positive it's not. it was not stabilized in the box at all and I think this is bad practice, at least for an electric device with working parts. It seems to work okay but I'm wondering if the impacts it would have endured will shorten its working life.My second is that I could not track the order on their website. I think I created an account again with the same email address by mistake, but that should not have overridden my account info , at least it wouldn't have on most websites.
