Their billing practices were a NIGHTMARE!!! They billed me for it 3 times! Which maxed out my credit card and caused other items that I was buyin from other places to bounce. It took 5 days of phone calls to sort it out. Amex & my bank were also making mistakes that added to my problems. NOT fun!They only shipped it today, 1 Dec. I have not gotten it. This was exactly as advertised, so I am not upset with that part, but your questionaire was sent too soon. Also, you should give a choice of not applicable or don't know.
