Overall purchase was trouble free however I bought the Sony Laptop and an 8Gb Compact Flash and a neoprene case. Whilst the first two items are excellent I am extremely disappointed with the neoprene case supplied. My expectation was that it would house the Laptop and have a little extra room for other things, thats why I decided to pay extra for this bundle, but in reality the bag is not large enough to accomodate more than just the Laptop. Consequently I\ve had to purchase another bag large enough to accomodate more than just the Laptop. eComElectronics was kind enough to refund the price of the Case and asked that I keep it as a gesture of good faith. I\m good with that!

I didn\t know about you guys till now. You offered the best price on the market for the product I wanted ( Samsung 40\" TV). The service was surprisingly very good, actually perfect. Very smooth transaction. eComElectronics contacted me to enable me to pick a delivery date. They also contacted me on the delivery day to tell me they were on their way. Delivery driver and assistant very helpful and delivered to exact position required in our Living room. Excellent service. Would definitely use again!

The only problem was with the delivery of one of the items. It is possible that the driver could not find the street at first attempt. eComElectronics were very helpful in sorting out the problem.

Product was not delivered on the due date as it was damaged in transit. However customer services were very helpful and arranged a Saturday delivery for free even though it was not their fault. Would you say that was good service?. I would.

Great Service! Talking with your customer service was a real pleasure & there was absolutely no pressure from anyone. I have never ordered such a high value item (Plasma TV) before.
