I have a few friends that live in LA and they said Air Water is great. My friends ordered a few portable ac?s during a heat wave and they were really happy with their experience at Air & Water. I would have to agree. I called their customer service department and told them how unhappy I was with the Haier unit. They suggested the NewAir unit was looking at on Amazon. They said it extremely popular and has a large coverage area. I ordered in Monday and Fedex left it with the bellman on Friday. I plugged it in, the fan runs continuously and is slightly less loud than the Haier. The compressor makes minimal noise. All you hear is the white noise created by the fan, you can barely tell if the compressor kicks in. I am really happy with my purchase from Air & Water.

i ordered an ice maker cause i like to have lots of parties and make alcoholic drinks for all my friends. so i ordered a red icemake i think it was a newair 100r or something like that. anyway, it was awesum! it arrived on my front door and the package was kind of beaten up because stupid fedex kicked it around or something. i really hate fedex and i recommend that you guys switch to ups or something cuase isnt it cheaper and they don\t kick your crap around. anyway it was ok when i took it out of the box and i started making ice right away but it was watery and tasted kind of funny. so i emailed about the problem and i was told to clean the machine with vinegar or lemon juice and it worked. and i already had lemon juice from my alchol parties. and i make lots of ice and i never have to go to the store. but seriously lose fedex.

I was having a huge mold problem and I even thought about putting my name in for Extreme Home Makeover because I saw a house full of mold on there once. So I called air-n-water to ask some questions about dehumidifiers because on their site it said they might help with mold. I got a really nice customer service rep (don?t remember his name) and he helped me choose the NewAir AD-400 dehumidifier. It works so well and it got to me so fast after I ordered it. I was surprised to see it sitting on my doorstep a couple of days after the phone call. I even got a follow up card in the mail and an e-mail asking how everything was. Will do business with air-n-water again if I have a need.

Air & Water Inc has excellent customer service. I Google\d them during a recent heat wave when all the home depots were sold out of air conditioners. I was going to go to Costco, but I don\t have an American Express card. Air & Water accepts all major credit cards so we went down to there location off the 55 freeway in Santa Ana. They had plenty of units available including the Soleus Model that also featured a built in heater and dehumidifer. The helpful staff helped me load the unit into the back of my X5. This is a company which exceeds its promises and customers\ expectations! We are so thankful for the kindness and efficiency of the wonderful people at Air & Water. best in class!

I searched the internet for a affordable priced, dehumidifier to replace the broken one that I had. Air & Water\s website was informative and detailed. They have many photographs and specs that were amply detailed. Plus online chat if you nave any questions. The item arrived 3 days later and the best part was that they offered complimentary shipping. The AD-400 model I ordered by NewAir was competitively priced. I recently purchased NewAir Portable Air Conditioner with Auto Evaporative Technology from Air & Water and I am really amazed at how this little machine can cool my bedroom. It is really easy to as well. I ordered on a Sunday night and it was delivered to my house Wednesday afternoon. Which is extremely fast considering it\s ground shipping. When I got it I just took it out of the box, plugged it in and turned it on. Within about an half an hour my bedroom was cool and comfortable. It was instant gratification. I especially like how the accumulated water evaporates itself. I don\t have to worry about emptying buckets or spillage on my light carpet. I don\t even have to get-up to to change settings with the included remote control. Plus, there is an thermostat that I can set so it maintains the temperature and cycles on and off as needed. After about a week of having the product something came in the mail that was a pleasant surprise. A thank you card!

After my recent purchase with Air-n-water.com, I just couldn\t resist commenting on my experience. No one was more excited than me when I heard this once online-only retailer now had a huge warehouse and showroom in Orange County, California. Incidentally, my husband and I were remodeling our home mini-bar and wanted to purchase a standalone wine cellar and portable ice maker. However, I definitely wanted to make sure I saw the products before I purchased, and the friendly sales person on the phone invited me over (he also informed me that if I picked up my order in person, I\d save on shipping). After spending forever in the showroom, we finally decided on 2 NewAir units. The products have been working great so far and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received by this company. I guess a lot of the positive Air-N-Water.com reviews are there for a reason!

Great service from Air & Water, Inc. They provide helpful online chat which answered all my questions and helped me make my decision to buy from them. It took about a week for delivery of this product from the time order was placed until I received it (FedEx ground from California to Connecticut. Air & Water provided tracking information once it left the warehouse, which is always a nice convenience. This portable air conditioner is very efficient and provides fast cooling relief, relatively quiet operation, and a thermostat that works effectively. It also is a great size, not to big, not too small, especially in my small condo. I love how it\s portable and didn\t require any permanent attachments to my home. It provided additionally comfort in the area where I was watching TV and I could feel it in my bedroom despite the fact that my condo is roughly over 1200 square feet.

I was looking for a fan to cool a very confinded space. When I called Air & Water they recommended a window exhaust fan to keep the space cool. The had great options and excellent customer service. The rep even walked me through the order process because I wanted to ship the fan to my office. Very secure ordering process. I highly recommend this seller!
