I placed an order for a Canon 5d Mark II lens on November 6, now its November 18 and my order status is still on \"pending\". On the web site it says that orders ship within 7 to 9 business days. When a sales guy called me after I paced my order, to try to sell me more stuff, said it would take approximately 14 days to get my order. Now it has been two weeks, and I have not received anything, not even an answer to my e-mail inquiring about the status of my order. There is only one positive aspect to this web site: low price, but I am not sure if its worth it! Everything else is beyond horrible.Customer service is practically unreachable, they are only available when they try to sell you something. There is no info whatsoever on the web site whether they have the items in stock (I highly doubt that they do) and getting your order it seems takes more than forever. Unless you really don\t care when you\ll get your order, and have nerves of steel, give yourself a favor:don\t order from us1.

I purchased a Canon Rebel Xsi camera for 579 for free shipping. Got called to buy all this extra stuff said no. Then was told total was 599.99. Asked where the extra 20 camera from they said shipping insurance. I tried to argue and he got rude. Looked on website again. Camera went down to 555. Called them to do a price adjustment, they wouldnt guy yelled at me and hung up. Called Manager he \"tried\" to smooth things I ended up paying 579 all together when it should of been 555.00 got my camera still not happy with service here, will NOT purchase from them again.

After you place your order (with an agreed upon total) they call you with additional charges. If you challenge those charges and try and cancel the order they rudely hang up on you.

The salesman was good about letting me know of specials that were going on and getting me a better deal for price but I requested 2 day shipping and it took four business days to arrive and it took 3 calls to customer service to finally receive a tracking number.

I usually do all my shopping for camera equipment and electronics locally but I was checking around on the internet to see if I can save few bucks and I found US1Camera with a great price on a Canon camcorder I wanted to purchase but I was hesitant to buy from them since I had not dealt with them in the past, but after checking around about them with different rating sites, I decided to purchase from them since they were well rated by many sites. I placed my order online and I have to say they have been great to me so far. Not only did I get a great price on a top model HD camcorder (Canon HV40), but their shipping was extremely fast and sent exactly what I ordered. Keep in mind they do call you to verify your order, but I can\t blame them on verifying large purchases like this anyway. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely come back to them for other camera equipment I would need in the future. Keep up the good work guys!
