This is a very user friendly website. However I do wish they had more seasonal merchandise, such as summer/pool/outdoor baby/toddler items. I would love to see more nursery furniture such as bookshelves, toy storage options as well.

Had great Customer Service when I first called before placing order. Was told it\ll arrive in 2 days to WA. After I placed order that night, called next morning to verify that the order was being shipped same day, I was then told it\ll take 5 days to arrive! Will be picking up my product from my friend in WA when visiting from BC, I hope it\ll arrive by then, as it\s due to arrive the day I\m going there! Other than the wrong delivery time quote, all in all, their online shop was easy to use.

I placed an order and immediately they sent an email with the wrong item listed. I orderd the black geo and not the cherry blossom. I hit back on my internet browser to make sure that I placed it right and I had. I am so frustrated b/c it was time sensitive and now will have to call. Moreover, they said that they could estimate shipping upon checkout and that was not done either. I am very frustrated.
