After paying more for next day shipping the order receipt just said "usually ships in 1 - 2 business days" with no mention of the next day shipping which I paid for. Also, $30 for next day service seems a bit high compared to some other websites.

Only negative thought was it took a long time to ship the order. Most sites turn the order around in one day. This to me would make me shop somewhere else. Good thing I got a nice deal ;)

the price is $100 higher than I initially booked. I am not sure if it is related to the Black Friday Deal change during the day or not. I just realized the charged price was $100 higher than it shows before I starting the booking.Ben Zhai

J&R beat all of my expectation. I was shopping for Canon 70-200mm IS USM lens and lots of website had this item out-of-stock. Other had it in-stock but the price was $70 higher than J&R. I decided to call J&R even their website stated "out-of-stock" to find out when the item will be in-stock again. And surprise... sales rep told me that they just got them, but didnt update the website yet. Sales rep was not pushy at all. Thanks him a lot for taken care of me. Sorry, I dont remember his name, but his extension is 1027. I processed my order and called me back in an hour to verify all the information. He told me that my item will be shipped asap and he didnt lie. Guess what? Next morning UPS delivered it... I didnt try my new lens yet... cant wait :)Highly recommended merchant! They are doing the right thing by taking good care of their customers. This is how it should be...
