Placed these orders over a week ago and items have not yet even shipped... Customer service does not exist.. would get a machine saying that they are closed and call back between business hours while in the middle of their business hours! Finally got a hold of someone and they said it was shipping out that day.. that was over a week ago... web-site said takes 3-4 days to process.. not it has been over 8 days and still not even shipped...

This has got to be one of the worst shopping experience ever. It\s been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order, and my stroller has not arrived yet. After numerous attempts to call their non-existent customer service department, I still have not received any update. Also it\s at least a 20 minute wait whenever I call them. More often than not, I got disconnected *AFTER* being put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Emailing didn\t work either. I\m planning to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. Overall it\s been extremely frustrating. Their price might be decent, but the hassle is definitely not worth it.

WOW that is all I have to say- because I never expected the overall sale to be so simple and easy. one click and I was all done, besides shipping was beyond fast.I live in vermont and I think it shipped out from New jersey but till they obviously had their act together. I have absolutely no complaints. I have already stared up my next happymothers shopping list.

After 3 days and not receiving a confirmation email, I checked my account on their website. It said my product had shipped. 11 days later, after not receiving anything, I called and was told that the car seat was unavailable and would not be in till the next week. Within 5 minutes of canceling my order, I received a confirmation email. In the email, it said that my credit card had not been charged. My card was charged on the day I placed my order, so I called back and was reassured that I would be receiving a credit within a few days.I then waited 5 days before contacting them again, after all, if it takes less than an hour to charge my card, they can surely issue a refund within 5 days?I was informed that a refund takes 7-14 business days, and sometime up to a FULL cycle. I was then directed to their policy for returns and exchanges, not CANCELLATIONS.Any company this disorganized does not deserve to be in business.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I have had the worst experience EVER with Happymothers.com. Not only did they LOSE my order and are no longer able to fulfill it, they offered me an unfair refund (item was a bundled carseat/stroller and are only giving partial refund worth less than the total value!). . .BUT ALSO their wait times for customer service are excessive. On TOP OF THAT if you are on hold for a long period of time, THEY DISCONNECT YOU! I never received the carseat, the manufacturer no longer makes it. . .and I placed the order on December 10! - they did NOTHING for me. They never followed up to find out when it would be coming, and they even reduced the amount of the refund further to the current sale value of the product. This is the worst online experience I have ever had -customer service is RUDE, unhelpful and now Im stuck without a matching set as it is no longer made by the manufacturer. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

Happymothers was my Christmas life saver! I had made a huge order through a different company (and now after Christmas I can?t find them anywhere, I think they were bogus) but anyways after not receiving my order from them after 14 days. I had to cancel the order and find another place to buy gifts for my sister who just had a baby. I Was RECOMMENDED to HAPPYMOTHERS. I placed my order and they reassured me I would have the order in 2 days. And mind you its 5 days before Christmas. Well I placed the order over the phone and SURE ENOUGH 2 days later I GOT IT!!! I am so Thankful if you only knew. This was beyond wonderful. happymothers was like my holiday angle hahaha! Well Happy holidays to all and thank you happymothers for making this years holiday happiness possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible merchant- I ordered a Jogging stroller from this merchant. About an hour later I received a phone call informing me that the older model was discontinued and they offered me an upgrade to this years model for the same price as the old one- they even through in next day delivery for the inconvenience. WOW I was taken aback by such absolute kindness. I HIGHELY RECOMMEND shopping at HappyMothers!

This company is better than I ever could have expected it to be. First off I got the product the next day- which was super fast and in perfect condition. Second the price I paid for it was AMAZING! I bought it off the clearance section, but still I couldnt find it cheaper anywhere else. And not only that they send me a FREE GIFT with purchase, How nice is that. Excellent company. I really recommend them.

14 days and counting... At the time I write this review I have yet to receive my order for a Britax Roundabout Car Seat. It was supposedly in-stock when I ordered it and I received no communication that my order would be delayed for any reason. I called and sent emails and was only told that I would get a tracking number when my order finally shipped. I got tired of waiting and just purchased the car seat locally (w/ tax). I sent a cancellation request on Friday. Monday I receive a tracking number and an apology that my order could not be cancelled. I am told that my order actually shipped the previous Thursday. BS. The Hassle Free return policy is an online form with an SLA of 2days for a response. 7-10 for a refund. ..and I have to pay for return shipping!The customer service woman was apologetic, but useless. Not a good experience. If the same deal exists elsewhere - buy elsewhere. Otherwise, you can start knitting a sweater, cuz youve got awhile.
