This company sent us an older model with fewer features that looked like it had been beaten up. It was not in it\s box, had extra unidentifiable pieces, no instructions, and since it was a gift it went unopened past their 30 return policy so they wouldn\t take it back. Do not order from them you don\t know what you might get.

It was an easy process. I am noticing on my receipt that is says Parents Magazine Promo included. If I am receiving the magazine then I don\t like that at all! I didn\t select anything to accept it and so if a magazine arrives along with my order, then I would rate this merchant bad.
