PriceGarbber showes this item in a Microsoft box. This item is a OEM item. Also PriceGrabber's site leads you to beleave this a Microsoft product. When you go to royal Distribution's website, you will see that it isn't. But it should still work. I received a HP upgrade that came with two disc. I talk to Royal on the phone. They told me to disregard the first one. The first one will say "HP Upgrade Manager Insert this Disc First" You don't need this one. Maybe if you have a HP computer.
