1 star is too much! We ordered September 14, & here it is October 16 & my husband had to call & practically beg them for the 10th time to let us know when it will FINALLY ship! After calling today, we finally got a tracking number saying it has shipped today. This is after about 10 emails/calls to them & waiting a few days for them to return our calls, which they only did once. I got an email about 2.5 weeks ago saying it shipped out that day, only to find out, & after checking the status myself with no email from them stating otherwise, that it was \"delayed shipping\" still. So they lied as well & didn\t bother to call or write & let us know that it didn\t actually ship out. They wouldn\t ever tell us when it would ship, & cusomer service was poor. I\m really hoping my order is what it\s supposed to be when it finally gets here!! They gave 10% off, but you\d think they\d also offer expedited shipping to make up for waiting over a month!

This company has excellent customer service representatives and they really stand behind their price matching and customer priority policies. My wife just delivered twins one week ago, and I search for hours trying to find an online store with the selected product in stock at a decent price. I looked at several different sites that carried this somewhat rare and expensive twin stroller, but none had the variety of inventory, fast free shipping, and numerous visual reminders throughout their web pages encouraging customers to call upon their customer service department for help or guidance. After hours of searching, I found a online store that carriered the stroller I was looking for priced at nearly $100 under MSRP and the pricing at large retailers such as Target, etc. I really didn\t feel comfortable purchasing the stroller from a site that I wasn\t familiar with, so I emailed the customer service departments at all of the large retailers that had a \"Price Match Guarantee.\" MyStrollers.com was one of two of the six sites I emailed that honored their price match policy...and they sent me a confirmation email with the instructions in less than 2 hours. Now that\s what I call corporate values and customer-based service. I\ll tell all of my friends to purchase products from their site and I\ll be a loyal customer until the kids have kids of their own. Thanks again Michelle and MyStrollers.com. I\ll make sure you make up the difference in price off of me through future purchases in no time.
