Web site easy to navigate and order; however, I do not know the method of delivery (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) at the time that I placed the order. Upon receiving the "shipped" notification, the tracking information then told me the method of delivery.

Simple and easy web site to use. The best price of all. Didnt list product as OEM, but picture of laser cartridge did show BROTHER embossed on it, so I went with that. Wasnt clear how fast theyd put product into FedEx hands, but I didnt click around to find out either. So far so good!
