  I think Scan Computers are the best computer hardware, peripherals, software suppliers in the U.KI unfortunately had 2 motherboards go faulty and they replaced them with no quibbles at all. Sent out a good courier that pick up my faulty goods at a convenient time for me, a one hour window( no annoying 7.30am-5.30pm slot). They also gave me a free tube of high quality thermal paste free as a gesture of goodwill. Scan not only have very cheap prices for quality merchandise they have a insurance policy, 'scan sure'. for a very small charge your hardware is insured against accidental damage for 30 days. this gives new amateur, first time builders the opportunity to build and own high end gaming computers at a fraction of the cost of lower quality prebuilt computers. First timers can relax and have a go at building their own machine safe in the knowledge if they accidentally break any components they will be replaced completely free of charge for up to 30 days days.   At then end of last year I bought a Black Gold BGT3650 Quad DVB-T2 tuner card. A week ago the card appeared to have failed whilst still under warranty. I contacted Scan Computers and was issued with a RMA by return. I sent the card on Thursday, by Friday it had been checked and diagnosed as faulty and a new one was couriered back to me. This arrived on Monday. The speed with which this problem was resolved is awesome.I wholly recommend Scan Computers' customer services as well as their highly competitve rates on the widest range of electronics one could ever need. No need to shop around, massive selection of hardware, components etc and the best customer service in the business.

  I have been using Scan for around 14 years as I live locally so it's very east to order something then pop in and collect it. I can honestly say in all those years I have never had a problem with anything that I have bought.Unfortunately my Razer Black Widow Ultimate keyboard died at the weekend after only 4 months and I couldn't find my receipt. As most companies won't entertain a return without proof of purchase I didn't hold much hope as I set out to see what Scan could do for me.In short, I had nothing to worry about as the guys on the returns desk were helpful, cheerful and friendly and had my keyboard replaced within 5 minutes with no quibbles at all. There were no more Black Widows in stock but they helped me choose a suitable alternative of similar value/spec.I had then had to take my new order to the sales desk where again the guy that served me was chatty, friendly and knowledgeable.World class service.   I have used scan in the past for companies i have worked at, honestly always found them to be an excellent service. So i was suprised to see a few poor reviews on comsumer sites, was a little concerned that maybe the retail was not as good as the business service or something. I am kind of brand loyal and the Price on FULL Windows7 Home premium is unbeatable on the high steet or web. Ok down to brass tacks, Service. Cannot see where bad reveiws have come from, Next-Day delivery with 1 hour window, text information the whole way, securely packaged.British Level of Service Award goes to Scan*****
