Customer service at CostCentral:The Good:- Easy to get a hold of, answers phone, transfers calls quickly.The Bad:- Extremely unhelpful, offers no alternatives to issues, requires complete reiteration of issue every time you are transferred or call back.The Ugly:- Don't bother ordering from CostCentral if you're overseas as they require faxed picture ID proof that you are who you say you are. I had to wake up my sister in the middle of the night and have her fax my drivers license to them to prove I was an American... CostCentral does not sell to non-Americans it seems, and their customer service on several occasions was rude and dismissive when they learned I was trying to complete my order from China despite using my American debit card, and getting per-approval from my American bank.Shelley King, a customer service manager, was nearly impossible to work with.I will not order from CostCentral again.

After searching the web and brick&mortars' prices, CostCentral had the best price for my Sony a/v receiver STR-DN1030 and I received it in 6 working days. I consider it a great deal!
