  One of the cartridges was half as big as it should have been. After me sending them a photo of the cartridge,(so they new what i received) they said to use it anyway, that it would fit. Yes it fits, but it only hold half as much ink.They need better quality control. They did not know what I received even after I gave them the item numbers.

  One of my color cartridges did not show "100% full" on the printer status screen after installation. I thought it was just a false reading but after a short time the printer stopped printing due to this empty cartridge. I contacted user support who asked me to try several remedies. When none of these worked, they sent me a full replacement of all the colors I ordered, not just the faulty one. Excellent service!
