  Bought an elite chair a month ago and was very disappointed. I was searching for a chair that would convert to bed for my granddaughter. The chair is nice but not long enough for a bed for a six yr old. Had to purchase ottoman for length because it would have cost me almost $70.00 to return. Merchandise nice, policy not so much.

I did have a peice missing on one bed draws and the company helped me through the whole thing and sent a follow up e-mail to make sure I got the part,
